Hello. I am Divya, a PharmD. I wanted to build an educational platform where we could talk about things that touches everyone's lives: money, medicine and management. I have two decades of experience across pharmacy, healthcare IT, clinical systems and digital transformation.

These three topics (money, medicine and management) might sound different and poles apart - but believe me they are intertwined in an odd sort of a way. I started off working in an outpatient pharmacy like every pharmacist out there!

Then, I got a hospital job which felt like a dream job. In this hospital, they were going through a software implementation and I ended up learning a lot about what software systems look like at the front and back end. Almost all my articles and videos on technology are medicine and healthcare related and come from first hand experience. 

After having done clinical and technological work as a pharmacologist, I also got involved with finances at the hospital. Personal finance is a love of mine since people have (unfortunately) ruined their health trying to earn more and make themselves and their families comfortable. 

At some point one of the hospitals that hired me opened a brand new cancer center, and it gave me real insights on how to build and manage things. It encouraged me to take management exams and focus on leadership and management learnings. 

The goal is to breakdown complex concepts and make them simple. Also, we shouldn't forget to talk to experts so we can continue learning. 

I have over a 100 videos on my YouTube channel and am continuosly learning and evolving.
